YOUR CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY

(“Consent Statement”)

You are applying for a Purse Money Card. This Consent Statement applies whether or not you obtain or are offered a Purse Money Card.

Electronic Communications Consent

By providing your affirmative consent (“Consent”) to this E-Sign & Electronic Communications Notice, you authorize us to provide communications electronically, enable e-signing and authorizations via the Purse Money Dashboard, App, or API (“Dashboard,” “Platform,” “App,” or “Service”), and permit Purse Money and its partners to collect these e-signatures. Without electronic delivery consent, the Service is unavailable.
By registering for a Purse Money Account, applying for a card, or accessing the Dashboard or App, you consent to electronic notices for you, your Company Administrators, and Users, as legally required, and ensure that all Administrators and Users accept electronic notifications. This Consent has the same legal effect as a physical signature.

Right to Receive Paper Copies

You may request legal disclosures, notices, and communications (collectively, “Covered Items”) in paper form by mail, but we may provide them electronically if you give your Consent and meet the System Requirements below. Covered Items include servicing and collection communications and all legal disclosures regarding your account, as required by law.

Duration of Consent

Your Consent is effective until: (1) your Purse Money Card or Program terminates, or (2) you opt out of electronic communications. If you terminate your Card, Consent persists for any pre-termination rights of Purse Money, as per this Consent Statement. Refer to your cardholder agreement for termination details.

Methods of Providing Covered Items

“We” or “Us” refer to Purse Money and our service providers. “Provide” means to deliver, make available, send, notify, or any similar term. Covered Items may be available electronically, often in PDF format, on our website, Dashboard, or App. It is your responsibility to review them promptly to take necessary action.

Access to Paper Copies

You may print or save Covered Items using the application’s functionality (e.g., browser or Adobe® Reader®). We retain Covered Items per legal requirements and will provide copies upon request. Ensure you save or print copies of Covered Items for future reference.

Our Right to Provide Paper Copies

We reserve the right to send Covered Items in paper form at any time, at our discretion, even if you have previously provided Consent. This may occur, for example, if a system outage or suspected fraud occurs.

Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain Covered Items, you will need:

Working Internet access

A 128-bit encrypted web browser (we support Chrome®, Firefox®, Microsoft Edge®, Safari®)
At least 16 MB of available memory (32 MB recommended)
PDF viewer software (such as Adobe® Reader® 4.0 or higher)
You may download Adobe® Reader® here. By providing Consent, you confirm you meet these System Requirements.

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw Consent at any time, free of charge. If withdrawn before your application’s approval, you cannot receive credit from us online. To withdraw Consent, email support@purse.money. Withdrawal does not affect the validity of prior electronic disclosures.

Acknowledgment of Ability to Access and Consent to Electronic Communications
By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that (1) you have access to a compatible computer system, (2) you agree to receive Covered Items electronically, and (3) you can access, print, or store information presented electronically.
